The sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
No purchase necessary. To enter, visit sponsor's web site at http://www.playtexbras.com/styles/nursing/entertowin/ and fill out the official entry form completely pursuant to the instructions. (Estimated time to answer: approximately 1 minute.) Entrants must complete all required sections in the official entry form and click the "Enter" button. Any other method of Internet entry is void. Entries must be received by the Sponsor by 11:59:59 pm on or before December, 31st, 2009. Non-compliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Limit of one (1) entry per email address per day. More than one (1) entry from an email address in one day will void all entries from that email address for the day. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means are not eligible.
Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about the last day of each month beginning 9/30/08 and ending 12/31/09, from among all eligible entries received. Each winner will receive five (5) Playtex bras. Colors and styles of prize bras are within the sole discretion of Sponsor and may also depend upon requested sizes. Sizes available are 34B, 36B, 38B, 34C, 36C, 38C, 40C, 42C, 44C, 36D, 38D, 40D, 42D, 44D, 36DD, 38DD, 40DD, 42DD, 44DD, 36DDD, 38DDD, 40DDD, 42DDD, and 44DDD. Approximate Retail Value per potential winner: $150. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes awarded: $12,000.00. Potential winners will be notified via email and may be required to return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release via e-mail in order to claim prize. If prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, or if potential winners do not respond with requested information or documentation within time frame specified, potential winners will be disqualified and alternate winners selected from among remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be mailed to the address provided in the entry forms within sixty (60) days from prize notification date. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person per e-mail address during the promotion. No cash in lieu of prize or substitution of prize except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Returned prizes will not be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, may use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, THE WINNERS AGREE THAT THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. Sponsor will only use data about entrants obtained from the sweepstakes entry forms in accordance with these rules and our stated Privacy Policy.

All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes, and to select winners from among the eligible entries received during the Promotion prior to such event. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
