- How do I know if I'm wearing the right bra size?

- My calculator results say I should wear size 34A. Which Playtex® collections have bras in that size?
- Thank Goodness It Fits®, Everyday Basics®, Half Sizes Too™, and Cross Your Heart® bras offer styles in a 34A. Half Sizes Too™ and Thank Goodness It Fits® bras offer Nearly A®, Nearly B®, and Nearly C® cups for those who fall in between. The 2 brands offer standard A, B, and C cup sizes as well.

- I'm a 38A, and my sister is a 40B. We have a hard time finding bras that fit. Do any Playtex® bras come in these sizes?
- Yes! The Playtex® brand is known for having bras to fit all sizes and shapes, including bras with smaller cups but with a larger band size. - Why do bras that are the same size sometimes look like they're actually different sizes?
- A band measurement is dependent on the physical properties of the material used. A garment containing materials with more stretch may be shorter than a garment with more rigid materials. All styles are not designed to measure the same, but they are designed to fit the same body type with specific measurements.
COMMON FIT ISSUES
- I'm in between cups — B cups are too small but C cups are too large.
- You're not alone! Click on the view all styles link at the top of this page to view either the Half Sizes Too™ or Thank Goodness It Fits® bra collections. Both of these brands were created specifically to fit women whose proportions fall in between standard cup sizes. Another possibility may be a lightly lined bra style, a solution many women use when their breasts are slightly too small for a given cup size. To find a lightly lined bra, use the Advanced Search at the top right. Select "Lightly Lined" under the heading Lining. Then click search.
- I'm small busted and need more definition.
- Playtex® bras can offer several fit solutions to can give you added shaping.
- My breasts seem to be spilling out over the cup. My bra cups feel like they're cutting into my skin.
- Your cup size may be too small. Try a bra with more coverage.
- My bra rides up in the back.
- There are three possible solutions you should try:
- Try a smaller band size, a 36 instead of a 38, for example.
- Check your straps — have you adjusted them too tightly?
- Try fastening your hooks on a tighter position.
- My skin looks red and feels irritated.
- Your bra is probably too small. Try a larger cup and/or band size.
- My breasts are slightly different sizes and my silhouette looks uneven.
- Try a lightly lined bra style, which can even out differences between smaller and larger breasts. All Playtex® bra collections offer one or more lightly lined styles. - My straps are falling down.
- Make sure your cup size isn't too large and purchase bras with adjustable straps. Also, look for Playtex® bras with Stop the Slip® straps. You can find styles with this feature quickly and easily by typing "stop the slip" in the "Search" box at the top right.
- I see wrinkles underneath my shirt.
- Your cup size may be too large. Try a smaller one. Also, try using the Playtex Advanced at the top to find seamless bras, which will eliminate the possibility that cup seams are showing through. Tip: Select "Seamless" under the heading "Appearance".
- My nipples are showing through my clothing.
- Try a lightly lined bra style, which reduces nipple show-through. All Playtex® bra collections offer bra styles with lightly lined cups. Use the Advanced Search at the top right to find one in your size. Tip: Select "Lightly Lined" under the heading Lining. Then click search for a complete listing.
- What is the proper way to care for my bra?

Always follow the care label. For bras that require hand washing, use a cleaning product designed for delicate fabrics.
For machine-washable bras and panties, always attach hooks and eyes to prevent tangling and snagging. Then, place garments in a zippered lingerie bag.
Remember: harsh detergents are not only bad for bras, they may also cause irritated skin.
Don't dry bras in a clothes dryer — this greatly decreases the lifespan of lingerie. Instead, air dry by draping across hooks or hangers.
Rotate, rotate, rotate — Give bras a day to "rest" to return to their original fit and to prolong elasticity.
For nursing moms, keep in mind that breast milk generally does not stain. But if it does, simply pre-treat with an enzyme-containing laundry product to dissolve the protein in the milk.
