SPILLAGE: My cups runneth over

Too tiny cups can cause your girls to runneth over.

RIDING UP: Hunch back is not a good look.

The low down on getting your bra to stop riding up.
Here are 3 easy steps to better posture and a more comfortable bra:
(1) Try a smaller band size (i.e. 36 instead of 38).
(2) Make sure your straps aren't too tight.
(3) Fasten your hooks to a tighter position.

UNEVENESS: Your girls might be a different size

Lining is the key to a uniform silhouette.
This problem is not as uncommon as you think. Try a lightly lined bra style, which can even out differences between smaller and larger breasts. Use the Bra Finder to find one in your size.

BRA CARE: 'Cause a great fitting bra deserves the best.

Follow the care label so your bras keep your girls looking their best!
For bras that require hand washing, use a cleaning product designed for delicate fabrics. For machine-washable bras, always attach hooks and eyes to prevent tangling and snagging, and place them in a zippered lingerie bag. Keep in mind that harsh detergents are not only bad for bras, but may also cause irritated skin. Once you're ready to dry them, avoid tossing them into the clothes dryer. Air-dry them by draping across hooks or hangers to increase their lifespan.

BRA REPLACEMENT: Ill fitting bras do your body no justice

Time to toss your bra when it’s out of shape or lost its elasticity.
If your bra isn’t fitting right, it's time to get a new one. Clean out your drawers at least once a year and toss anything that has lost its shape or elasticity.
